We are thrilled to present the 2024 Founder’s Exhibition – a celebration of the incredible creativity and dedication of our students over the past year.

Creative Arts at Downe House

Our Creative Arts Faculty spans Fine Art, Textiles, 3D Design, and Photography. The Murray Centre exhibition showcases an intermingling of these disciplines, allowing you to experience the breadth and depth of our students’ talents.

The Murray Centre Exhibition

The work on display comes from our Lower Fifth (Year 10) to Upper Sixth (Year 13) pupils. These are the girls who have chosen to study a Creative Arts discipline at GCSE or A Level. We hope you enjoy viewing their final projects. Don’t miss out on the selection of sketchbooks on display which offer a fascinating glimpse into the developmental work and experimentation that have led to these outcomes.

Our team of Creative Seniors will be present throughout the exhibition, eager to answer any questions and provide insights into the displayed works.

Additional Exhibition

Upstairs in the Art block (AR1) you will find pieces created by the youngest of our budding artists in School. These pieces come from the Remove (Year 7) to Upper Fourth (Year 9) and include Art, Textiles and 3D Design. Also on display, are works by our Creative Arts Award Holders.

Thanks

A huge congratulations must go to all our talented exhibitors and a massive thank you to the dedicated staff who made these exhibitions possible.
