Internationalisation enables schools to foster students’ learning through staff exchanges and interaction and sharing good practice. Developing educational co-operation and staff exchanges between partner schools is another strand of our Global Partnerships’ Programme. Each year, we send a staff member each to our partner schools whilst hosting their staff at Downe on a reciprocal basis. The aim is to share best practice and facilitate closer cooperation between schools to not only strengthen our teaching and learning styles but to keep it up-to-date and current educational developments around the globe.
